Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect customer data, third-party providers, email recipients, and the reliability of the CoinDealerPro service.
Effective July 27, 2026
Pre-launch legal draft. Registered entity and full public business-address values must be configured before these terms are published as final.
1. Lawful business use
Use CoinDealerPro only for lawful business purposes. You may not use it to facilitate fraud, theft, counterfeiting, deceptive sales, fencing stolen property, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful trade, or infringement of another person’s rights.
2. Data and account access
You may not:
- access or attempt to access another organization’s records without explicit authorization;
- share individual credentials, bypass permissions, defeat authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities except under an authorized security test;
- upload malware or use the service to disrupt, overload, scan, or attack any system;
- collect, use, export, or disclose personal data without a lawful business purpose and required notices; or
- enter complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, private API keys, or unrelated highly sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
3. Provider and API use
You may use grading, certification, email, payment, and market-data connections only through authorized CoinDealerPro workflows and only while the relevant account and entitlement are active. You may not:
- scrape PCGS, NGC, another grading service, or a market-data website through CoinDealerPro;
- extract, aggregate, resell, republish, sublicense, or build a competing database from provider data;
- remove attribution or proprietary notices required by a provider;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas, access restrictions, subscription levels, or caching rules;
- share provider credentials or use credentials belonging to another person or organization; or
- state or imply that CoinDealerPro, you, or your inventory is approved, authenticated, sponsored, or endorsed by a provider when it is not.
4. Email use
CoinDealerPro email is for transactional account messages and user-directed business correspondence. Do not use it for purchased or scraped lists, unsolicited bulk marketing, phishing, misleading headers, deceptive content, or messages prohibited by anti-spam law or Amazon Web Services policies.
Send documents only to intended recipients with whom you have a legitimate business relationship or other lawful basis. Maintain accurate sender identity, honor opt-out or do-not-contact requests where applicable, and do not repeatedly send to addresses that bounce or complain.
5. Coin and transaction integrity
Do not knowingly misstate a coin’s identity, ownership, grade, certification, authenticity, condition, provenance, quantity, price, or legal status. Certification lookups and images are reference aids and may not be presented as an independent guarantee by CoinDealerPro.
6. Platform integrity
You may not copy or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by non-waivable law; automate access through undocumented interfaces; frame or mirror the service; use it to benchmark a competing product for publication without consent; or consume resources in a way that materially harms other customers.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate affected access. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable cure. We may act immediately when necessary to protect people, data, providers, or infrastructure, or to comply with law.
8. Reporting misuse
Report suspected abuse to sales@coindealerpro.com. Include relevant account, document, and timing details without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
