Lawful business use

Use the service only for a lawful coin or bullion trade or business.

You may not use the service to commit or facilitate fraud, theft, counterfeiting, deceptive sales, fencing stolen property, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful trade, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We do not provide the service to persons or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or to sanctioned persons. You may not use the service for a sanctioned person or purpose.

Data and account access

You may not access another organization’s records without authorization.

You may not share individual credentials, bypass permissions, defeat authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities except under a test we have authorized in writing.

You may not upload malware or use the service to disrupt, overload, scan, or attack any system.

You may not collect, use, export, or disclose personal data without a lawful business purpose and required notices.

Do not enter complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, private API keys, Social Security numbers, or unrelated highly sensitive personal information into free-text fields.

Provider and API use

You may not scrape PCGS, NGC, another grading service, or a market-data site through CoinDealerPro.

You may not extract, aggregate, resell, republish, sublicense, or build a competing database from provider data.

You may not remove required attribution, circumvent rate limits or access rules, or share provider credentials.

You may not state or imply that CoinDealerPro, you, or your inventory is approved, authenticated, sponsored, or endorsed by a provider when that is not true.

Email

You may not use CoinDealerPro as a bulk-marketing mail system. Mail the service sends on your behalf is limited to transactional business documents, such as invoices, statements, and grading forms.

Whether you send a business document through the service or by other means, send it only to intended recipients with a lawful basis, keep sender identity accurate, and honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests where they apply.

Coin and transaction integrity

You may not knowingly misstate a coin’s identity, ownership, grade, certification, authenticity, condition, provenance, quantity, price, or legal status.

Certification lookups and images are reference aids. They are not an independent guarantee by CoinDealerPro.

Check documents are forms you generate against your own account. You are responsible for the instrument.

eBay and other marketplace listings are your listings. You are the seller of record.

Platform integrity

You may not copy or reverse engineer the service except as non-waivable law allows.

You may not automate access through undocumented interfaces, frame or mirror the service, use it to benchmark a competing product for publication without consent, or consume resources in a way that materially harms other customers.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit a feature, or refuse an account when this policy is violated or when we reasonably believe continued use would cause harm, violate law, or breach a provider’s rules.

Report abuse or security issues to admin@coindealerpro.com with the subject line Security report or Abuse report. Do not include passwords or complete payment-card numbers.
