Subprocessors
CoinDealerPro relies on a limited set of service providers. The exact providers involved depend on customer configuration and whether an optional integration has been approved and enabled.

Authorization matters. PCGS and NGC connections are listed for transparency as intended certification providers. They are enabled only after applicable approval, credentials, entitlements, and terms are in place. Listing does not claim partnership or endorsement.

Customer-directed recipients
When a customer user emails a document to a business contact, exports data, or configures another connection, that recipient is acting at the customer’s direction and is not necessarily our subprocessor.
Safeguards
We select providers for their role in delivering the service, limit information to the intended purpose, keep provider credentials server-side, and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the data. Optional providers receive information only when an authorized user invokes the relevant workflow or the service needs the provider to complete a requested operation.
Changes
We may update this list as infrastructure or integrations change. Customers with a signed data processing addendum may request advance notice of a new subprocessor as described in that agreement.
