Legal
Cookie Policy
CoinDealerPro uses a small set of technologies needed to operate accounts securely and remember requested preferences. The public site does not currently use advertising cookies.
Effective July 27, 2026
Pre-launch legal draft. Registered entity and full public business-address values must be configured before these terms are published as final.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and security tokens. They can keep a session active, remember settings, prevent abuse, and help a service operate reliably.
2. Technologies we use
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session continuity, request forgery protection, load and security controls. | Required for the hosted application. |
| Preferences | Remember requested display or workspace preferences where enabled. | Can usually be cleared in browser settings. |
| Billing | Stripe may use its own cookies when you visit its hosted checkout or billing portal. | Governed by Stripe on its domain. |
| Advertising | CoinDealerPro does not currently use advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies. | Not used. |
3. Public website
The public CoinDealerPro marketing and legal pages are designed to work without an analytics or advertising cookie banner because we do not currently place those optional cookies. Standard hosting logs may still record IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamp for delivery and security.
4. Your controls
You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking required session or security cookies may prevent sign-in or other application functions. Clearing cookies normally signs you out and resets local preferences.
5. Changes and contact
If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required before using them. Questions may be sent to sales@coindealerpro.com.
